A simple SEO hack you cannot afford to miss

Hey what’s up Rankers? My name is Arpit and today I am going to show you a simple SEO Hack to jump the queue and reach right at the top.

So when you write a question on Google it will try to answer it in the search results itself. This is known as Google instant answer I am sure you must have noticed this but if you are not taking advantage of this I am telling you are leaving money on the table.

So let me share an example wherein we took advantage of this. One of our client wanted to rank for keyword called projection welding machine and we did rank him on the 1 page but we wanted to do something better for him because he was ranking 6th position.
So now if you write on Google what is projection welding machine it is fetching the answer from our client’s website.

So now the big question is how you can do this?

Simply by restructuring the content on your page in a manner that it is better understood by search engines you can achieve this.

Let’s look at an example
When you write on “Google what is smart TV”. You see this instant answer coming from geeksquad.co.uk.
Let’s see how they structured this page
So, this is how the page looks like. The title of the page says “what is smart TV”. They have also repeated the question in the H1 that is the heading tag and they have answered it right after the question, also lets look at the source code of this page to see if they are using any structured data So, right at the top I see http://schema.org/Article”, they have used “Article” data type.

Let’s analyse some more instant answers

So, let me write flats below 15 lakhs in Mumbai you see 99acres.com. I have already analysed this page. The page title is a partial match with my query but they have not used any advance on-page strategies. Like they have not used structured data but the reason they are ranking is because One, it was a partial match and two, is because they have good domain authority.

But still guys I wrote so may question on Google regarding property and I put locations in my query and I saw so many unanswered questions. So if you are into selling property there are huge scope guys.

I analysed several other websites which were ranking in Google instant answers and what I noticed is, websites which have good domain and page authority even without using structured data they were ranking in Google instant answer, given they have taken advantage of page titles, H tags and alt tags. However, I could see a lot of website with less page and domain authority ranking in Google instant answers just because they have taken advantage of structured data in their website.

So this make it really important for you guys to understand how you can implement Google structured data in your website so you could rank in Google instant answers.

Let’s have a look at this code. I have already pasted the coding here all you need to do is just replace the information from here with your information.
Structured Data
Data type – Article

"@context": "http://schema.org",
"@type": "Article",
"mainEntityOfPage": {
"@type": "WebPage",
"@id": "https://yourwebsite.com/article"
"headline": "Article headline",
"image": {
"@type": "ImageObject",
"url": "https://yourwebsite.com/thumbnail1.jpg",
"height": 800,
"width": 800
"datePublished": "2015-02-05T08:00:00+08:00",
"dateModified": "2015-02-05T09:20:00+08:00",
"author": {
"@type": "Person",
"name": "John Doe"
"publisher": {
"@type": "Organization",
"name": "Your Organisation Name",
"logo": {
"@type": "ImageObject",
"url": "https://yourwebsite.com/logo.jpg",
"width": 600,
"height": 60
"description": "A most wonderful article"

So we are learning structured data and the data type we are using today is Article.
So, guys there are a lot of data types available in schema.org but in order for you to rank in Google instant answers all you need to do is implement this data type.
So, I will be covering this today. This script is Jason ld+Jason, let this be the same, context – schema.org, type is article, just make sure in the ID section you put the URL of your article that you have published.

This is the article that you will try to rank in Google instant answers. Then, headline of the article make sure you put the question right here, then the image, URL of the image, height & width, date the article was published, the author of the article, name of the author, and hen your organization, the name of your organization, your logo, here is the URL of your logo, width and height, then a small description about the article, and that is it guys you are good to go.

For your convenience I have put the coding in the description section all you need to do is put your information there and paste it in your target page.
So now to conclude I strongly suggest you identify questions in your industry that your target audience might be looking for, make a dedicated page in your website to answer that question , while I was researching I saw so many unanswered questions so there is immense, immense opportunity, go for it and make sure you get that extra traffic.

If you have any questions let me know in the comment section I will be more than happy to help you guys, I hope you learned something new today and if you did make sure you give this video big thumbs up and subscribe to my channel for more amazing stuff.
