How to solve the biggest problems with Google Analytics

Hello guys I am back with another video and this time it is Google Analytics. In this video I want to talk about the biggest problems that I see with Google Analytics. Since I am into training I see a lot of people are not able to use Google Analytics to its full potential.
So I am going to cover the most frequently asked questions, these are the areas where I see marketers struggling the most and that’s why I am actually starting a series on Google analytics I will make a video on each of these problems that I am about to list.

So the first video that will be coming out will be about cleaning up your Google Analytics data
One of the biggest challenges marketers face is that Google Analytics shows a lot of spam traffic and this is a bib big problem. Spam traffic corrupts your data. These are not real people coming to your site so you don’t get to see the actual picture of how your users interact with your website. I am going to tell you some simple hacks that will eliminate all referral spam and ghost visits from your Google Analytics account. Now you guys might not be aware of what are Ghost visits but for now I will tell you this. They are the no. 1 source that is corrupting your data more than referral spam. Also, I will show you a quick way of blocking yourself from Google Analytics even if you have a dynamic internet IP.

Then the second video that will come out will be on URL Builder – also referred as manual tagging.
URL Builder is this amazing tool through which you can precisely track every visit that happens on your site. If you are generating traffic through custom campaigns like Facebook campaign, LinkedIn campaign, Bing campaign, Email campaign or Affiliate links you can track the performance of all these campaigns very effectively with URL builder. When you manually tag your URL’s you can pass some additional data into Google Analytics when somebody clicks on that link which by default GA will not track. It is a very handy tool which can help you optimize your overall online marketing campaigns.

The third video will be about Goals and events
Goals measure how well your website fulfils your target objectives. Examples of goals include you will be able to track a purchase for an e-commerce site, submitting a contact information form for a lead generation site, PDF downloads, link clicks, Video play button or any other button that you want to track on your website.

Then my fourth and last video of this series will be on Segments & re-marketing.
I am going to show you some really cool segment that will give you access some to really crucial data for your site. I will also show you how to do re-marketing from Google Analytics. For those who are not aware about re-marketing let me tell you. You might have noticed some ads follow you for weeks and weeks. Like if you go to Amazon look at a product but don’t buy it and then when you are just browsing the web and you see the ad of the same product that you were checking out on amazon This is called re-marketing and I will show you how you can do this from Google Analytics
So these are some topic that I will be covering in this Google Analytics tutorial series. If you are struggling with anything in Google Analytics and want me to make a video on it then put it down in the comment section. I will do my best and make a video on it.

These videos will be out in the next 2 weeks and if you think they will provide some value for you then make sure you hit the like button.
Also subscribe to my channel so you don’t miss out I will see you guys soon.
